How we are paid: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission if you sign up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher position, or the removal of a single criticism. Our rating method and full disclosure are both public.
Most people who stop taking a GLP-1 stop in the first eight weeks, and side effects are usually why. Whether somebody picks up when you ask for help is therefore not a soft feature — it is the thing that decides whether the treatment works at all.
This page ranks the programmes on clinical support specifically: who prescribes, how you reach them between visits, whether dose changes are reviewed by a person, and what happens when a week goes badly.

What good support actually looks like
- A named route to a clinician that does not require booking a video call two weeks out.
- Dose increases reviewed by a person, not applied automatically on a calendar.
- A clear answer to "can I stay at this dose for another month?" that does not cost you money.
- Somebody who will tell you to stop and see a doctor when that is the right answer.
If your first weeks are rough, side effects week by week sets out what is typical and what is not.
