The behaviour programme behind WeightWatchers is the most established in this entire category. The Med+ membership does not include the medication.

How the dose ladder is handled
Prescribing uses FDA-approved branded medication, which means manufacturer pens and the manufacturer’s own dose ladder. Pens are the easiest format to use correctly — the dose is dialled rather than drawn — which genuinely helps if your hands are unsteady or your near vision is not what it was.
