How the dose ladder is handled
You are on the manufacturer’s own product and the manufacturer’s own dose ladder, in single-dose vials or pens depending on what you are prescribed. There is no ambiguity about concentration or what is in the vial, which is the strongest practical argument for going this route.

Ro’s real skill is paperwork — prior authorisations, appeals, keeping a prescription live. Clinically it is competent and unremarkable. If your insurer is willing but obstructive, that administrative work is worth genuine money.
