Noom Med tirzepatide review

Behaviour change alongside medication. How they handle your dose ladder, what support looks like when side effects hit, and what you actually pay — $149 a month.

How we are paid: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission if you sign up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher position, or the removal of a single criticism. Our rating method and full disclosure are both public.

Noom treats the medication as a support to behaviour change rather than the main event, and if previous attempts have failed on the habit side rather than the appetite side, that framing is the point.

Noom Med starts at $149 a month. There is also a "microdose" programme from $79 a month with medication included — and microdosing means deliberately low doses, below the levels used in the trials people have read about. Those are two different treatments, not two prices for one.

How the dose ladder is handled

The microdose programme intentionally keeps doses low, with biomarker monitoring alongside. That is a legitimate approach for people who found full doses intolerable, and a poor fit for anyone expecting the trial results.

Support when it gets hard

The coaching is the best in this comparison by a clear margin, and cancellation is genuinely straightforward, which is not universal here.

Behaviour-change app with a clinical arm. Sells a conventional GLP-1 programme and a lower-dose "microdose" programme with medication included.

What it costs

What we verified

  • Noom Med listed from $149/month.
  • Microdose GLP-1Rx programme listed from $79/month with medication included.
  • Programme pairs low-dose medication with biomarker monitoring and coaching.

Checked 2026-09-18. Prices here move often, so treat anything older than a month as a starting point.

Strengths

  • The coaching is the actual product here and it is well built.
  • Medication is included in the microdose tier rather than billed separately.
  • Straightforward cancellation.

Drawbacks

  • Microdosing is not equivalent to the doses used in the trials people have read about.
  • Full-dose therapy costs the same as competitors without the price advantage.

Worth knowing. A $79 microdose programme is not the same treatment as 10 mg tirzepatide. Check the dose before comparing on price.
