Noom Med semaglutide review

Behaviour change alongside medication. How they handle your dose ladder, what support looks like when side effects hit, and what you actually pay — $149 a month.

How we are paid: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission if you sign up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher position, or the removal of a single criticism. Our rating method and full disclosure are both public.

Noom’s microdose semaglutide programme costs about $79 a month with medication included — the smallest number on this site, and the one most likely to be misunderstood.

Microdosing uses doses well below those tested in the STEP trials. If side effects have defeated you before, that is a genuine feature. If you are expecting roughly 15% body-weight loss, it is not the same treatment that produced that figure.

How the dose ladder is handled

Deliberately gentle, with biomarker monitoring and coaching alongside. The standard Noom Med tier at $149 a month covers conventional dosing if you want the full ladder.

Support when it gets hard

The behaviour-change programme is genuinely well built and is the reason to be here. Medication is the support act.

Behaviour-change app with a clinical arm. Sells a conventional GLP-1 programme and a lower-dose "microdose" programme with medication included.

What we verified

  • Noom Med listed from $149/month.
  • Microdose GLP-1Rx programme listed from $79/month with medication included.
  • Programme pairs low-dose medication with biomarker monitoring and coaching.

Checked 2026-09-18. Prices here move often, so treat anything older than a month as a starting point.

Strengths

  • The coaching is the actual product here and it is well built.
  • Medication is included in the microdose tier rather than billed separately.
  • Straightforward cancellation.

Drawbacks

  • Microdosing is not equivalent to the doses used in the trials people have read about.
  • Full-dose therapy costs the same as competitors without the price advantage.

Worth knowing. A $79 microdose programme is not the same treatment as 10 mg tirzepatide. Check the dose before comparing on price.

How it scored

Our verdict

A real bargain for the right person — side-effect-sensitive, or wanting habit change with a pharmacological nudge. Check the dose before you compare the price.
