Short answer: PlexusDx is a real, operating telehealth business that requires a prescription and a clinician review, and there is nothing in what we checked to suggest otherwise. The longer answer is about what exactly it dispenses and what it charges.
"Legit" tends to mean two different things when people search it. One is "will I be scammed" — and on that, PlexusDx behaves like a legitimate business. The other is "is what I am being sold what I think it is", and that is the question worth more of your time.

The five-point check
- Requires a prescription and a clinician review. Yes — PlexusDx routes intake through a licensed clinician before anything ships. Any seller that does not is the single clearest warning sign in this market.
- Dispenses FDA-approved medication. No — this is a compounded preparation, which the FDA has not reviewed for safety, effectiveness or manufacturing quality. That is true of most low-cost programmes and is not by itself a mark against them, but you should know it.
- Names its compounding pharmacy. Yes, publicly — which puts PlexusDx in a small minority of the programmes we track.

- States what happens on cancellation. Reasonably clearly, and leaving is straightforward.
Worth knowing. What "compounded" means here. A compounding pharmacy prepares the medication against an individual prescription.
