The best GLP-1 programmes
Every provider we track, scored on the same five weighted criteria, whichever medication they dispense.
Updated 2026-09-18
How we are paid: one company on this page — Coreage Rx — pays us a commission if you sign up through our link. It does not buy a better score, a higher position, or the removal of a single criticism. Our rating method and full disclosure are both public.
One table, every provider, the same rubric applied to all of them — compounded and branded, cheap and expensive.
Because the rubric weights true monthly cost most heavily, the cheap end does well here. But price honesty, clinical support, pharmacy sourcing and cancellation terms all count, which is why the very cheapest option is not automatically top.
How we decided what belongs here
- Every provider offering tirzepatide, compounded or branded.
- Scored on the published weighted rubric.
- No minimum price or feature requirement — this is the full field.
21 of the 21 providers we track qualify. Prices checked 2026-09-18 and re-checked periodically.

1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost
$199 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.
The $99 and $149 rates are annual-plan prices. If you want month-to-month, budget $149 and $199 instead, and check the refund terms before prepaying a year. Read the full Coreage Rx review.
2. Trimi — Lowest flat price with named pharmacies
$125 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate compounded GLP-1 programme on annual plans, with medical oversight through the Arora Health clinician network and publicly named 503A compounding pharmacies.
Both headline prices are annual-plan rates. Confirm the month-to-month figure and the refund terms before prepaying twelve months. Read the full Trimi review.
3. PlexusDx — Pharmacy transparency and genetic testing
$189 a month, no membership fee. Prescription GLP-1 and peptide programmes with no membership fee, built around genetic testing, using independent clinicians and a publicly listed set of 503A pharmacies.

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
In SURMOUNT-1, adults with obesity lost an average of 19.5% of body weight on 10 mg and 20.9% on 15 mg over 72 weeks. That figure comes from a controlled trial of the active ingredient, not from any particular seller's product.
