1. Coreage Rx — Best overall on true monthly cost

$199 a month, no membership fee. Flat-rate telehealth program for compounded GLP-1s. The medication, the clinician visits and the ongoing check-ins are quoted as one number, with no separate membership billed alongside it.

From 1 July 2026 through 31 December 2027, eligible Part D beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month under a CMS demonstration programme.

Before you choose on price

Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved. Two approved oral GLP-1s now start around $149 a month, and from 1 July 2026 eligible Medicare beneficiaries can access certain GLP-1s for $50 a month — both of which beat a large part of this market. See the approved pills and the Medicare programme.
